I read somewhere that says the brain is like time; you either use it or lose it. I also read somewhere that the brain stays healthy (by developing new neurons); just like the body, through activity. That is why you notice, people who are bed ridden, their muscles need messaging and requires physio for fear of losing its functionality.
And, the brain is active most when you face a situation that need it to scrutinize.
I therefore am declaring as of today to create a new habit of posing a question a day that my brain can ponder away without needing to even get to an answer 🙂
So, to in augurate this declaration, my 1st question is this: Does habit creates mindset or does mindset creates habit?
So brain, ponder away!
