Rosihan Juara Baharuddin is a trainer, coach, graphic facilitator, and human development solution provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. With over two decades of practice across leadership development, facilitation, entrepreneurship, and community building, he has worked at the intersection of learning and human potential — from corporate boardrooms to social innovation bootcamps, from national service programmes to UNDP-supported incubators.
He is Co-Founder and former Chief Operating Officer of neOOne Associates Sdn Bhd, and Managing Director of Pustaka Cipta Sdn Bhd, a publishing house with over 30 years of history. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Editor of Dewan Kosmik — Malaysia's first Malay-language science and technology magazine — from 1993 to 1997.
To date, Juara has trained and developed more than 4,500 trainers and facilitators. His work is grounded in a simple belief: that every person has the capacity to grow, and every leader has the duty to create conditions for that growth.

Practice, Not Theory
1993 – 1997
Chief Editor, Dewan Kosmik
Led Malaysia's first Malay-language science and technology magazine. Built early skills in translating complex ideas into accessible, compelling content — a practice that would define his facilitation style.
2000 – 2011
Facilitator & Coach, AsiaWorks Training
Eleven years running public and corporate trainings as a facilitator and coach. Developed deep expertise in personal mastery, leadership, and transformational learning. Began coaching senior managers from Petronas's LEAP programme.
2005 – 2012
Head Coach, Malaysian National Service — Character Building Module
Responsible for developing and certifying master trainers for the Train-the-Trainer programme across Malaysia's national service. Designed the Working Culture sub-module (2011) and the new Trainers Refresher Course (2012).
2011 – Present
Co-Founder & COO, neOOne Associates Sdn Bhd
Built a learning and development solutions provider that has run programmes across corporate Malaysia, government agencies, social enterprises, and international organisations including UNDP.

Steered a publishing house with over 30 years of history, reinforcing the belief that learning is not confined to the training room — it happens in every medium where ideas meet people.
